|Self Love Sunday||Sunday is dedicated to selfishness. On this day you should write the things you love about yourself. Create a habit of dedicating at least an hour to do something you like. Tips and practices are listed in the back.|
|Mantra Monday||Mantra Monday is dedicated to creating habits. On this day, you should use the Mantra creating formula sheet to create a new Mantra to recite for the remainder of the week.|
|Transcend Tuesday||Transcend Tuesday is dedicated to Podcast, YouTube Videos, and Books based on consciousness and balancing Chakras. A Chakra Chart and list of Podcast have been attached for your reference. On this day, devote 1 hour to listening, reading, or visualizing transcending. <Please check definitions if unsure as to what “transcend” means.|
