I. Conscious Hour

When I first feel myself breathing, before I even open my eyes, I silently say, β€œthank you for my first breath.” After, I still keep my eyes closed and allow my body to warm up. Give yourself a moment to just exist. Even if it’s just for two minutes, this space is for you to show gratitude for being.

II. Rise & Shine

I wake up. Fully breathing at a constant pace, I feel what my body feels like, I recognize the temperature of the room, check for lighting, and then wiggle my digits! I then sit up for about two minutes. This is where I shine. Vertically, stretching my arms, breathing deeply, and allowing my energy to shine as it desires. Making all those early gurgles and coo-es. From this short daily practice, I am able to receive the highest energy the early day brings. I am alert and ready to increase my vibration for myself and the collective.

III. Energize

I may make a very weird noise as I stretch to activate my chakras! Releasing all of my fuzziness lingering from dreaming. Shaking, wiggling, and rolling in the bed before I get out to ground myself. This exercise allows me to feel refreshed and empowered. I feel charged and ready to express my Spirituality through movement.

IV. Ground

I plant my bare feet on the cold floor ( or rug ) and wiggle my toes. I slowly lift from my base and firmly press my toes on the surface; feeling the cold rush through my body. Consider this your early morning clock in for your Spiritual shift.

V. Rituals

Rituals help develop our personality and fundamental characteristics which reap long term benefits and reap Spiritual rewards. I am more disciplined, devoted, and dedicated to achieving my Spiritual and physical goals.

The rest of my routine looks like a few of the following activities:

Drink Decaf Herbal Tea or Mint Green Tea
Stretch for 5 minutes to an hour
Journal or creatively write
Listen to bird sounds or high vibrational music
Tarot
Sun Gaze (depending on hour )
Meditate
Pray

After I complete this phase, I start my hydration (throat, lips, face) and hygiene routines (mouth, shower, hair). I nourish my body , dress, and then show another moment of gratitude (7:11AM faithfully) before shifting into the matrix. This routine has created firm self esteem, a healthy self care routine, stronger boundaries, effective time management, and consistent alignment with my best health and wellness.

I hope this information serves as a resource for your Spiritual Wellness and Personal Development.

Here is to Moore.
